Zeruitang New Material Technology (Guangyuan) Co., Ltd., established in April 2022, is located at No. 6, Dihe Road, Yuanba Town, Zhaohua District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province (within the Green Home Furnishing Industrial Park). With a registered capital of 50 million yuan, it is a high-tech enterprise introduced by the government. Currently, it has over 100 employees, including 10 research leaders and a 25-person technical innovation and new product development team. It is a green and environmentally friendly technology enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, sales, and service of new building decoration materials such as PVC commercial flooring, permeable flooring, sports flooring, and SPC click-lock flooring. The factory covers an area of ​​150 mu (approximately 10 hectares), with a building area of ​​60,000 square meters for production, living, and R&D offices. The planned investment is 360 million yuan, aiming to achieve an annual production capacity of 20 million square meters of environmentally friendly PVC home flooring.
The company has set a high starting point in terms of investment in factory construction, equipment, technology, and processes. In product development and quality control, it focuses on the demands of the European and American markets, promoting the export trade of SPC click-lock flooring and PNVC commercial flooring. In 2018, it established an international trade (Shanghai) marketing center in Pudong, Shanghai. SPC click-lock flooring and wall panels utilize German HOMAG grooving technology and introduce UNILIN interlocking technology, using 100% new materials. They strictly adhere to ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system standards, obtaining SGS testing and CE certifications. SPC click-lock flooring and wall panels offer three series with imitation wood grain, imitation marble grain, and imitation carpet grain, totaling over 120 samples. PC commercial flooring, monolithic flooring, and sports flooring offer over 60 series and over 760 samples. We strive to cultivate a culture where everyone upholds a deep respect for product quality and rigorously ensures its quality. We adhere to process control throughout the production process, with all employees participating in quality management and conducting their own quality inspections to prevent substandard products from entering the finished goods warehouse. In December 2018, our holding company was awarded one of the top ten home decoration brands in China's flooring industry. From April to July 2019, we were featured on multiple CCTV channels, including CCTV-1, CCTV-7, and CCTV-15, and became a featured brand on the Securities Information Channel's "Focus" program.
